A little structure.
A lot to discover.
Arrive with room to breathe
Settle into Jerusalem with a deliberately light first day. Depending on arrival times, gather for a simple welcome meal and a short introduction to the days ahead. Keep the evening flexible for guests adjusting to travel and children who need an early night.
Meet Jerusalem
Explore a carefully chosen part of the Old City with a guide briefed on your family's interests and ages. Keep the route manageable, pause for lunch and introduce the setting of the upcoming milestone without turning the day into a rehearsal.
The milestone
Give the ceremony and celebration the space they deserve. Build in time for getting ready, transport, family photographs and a relaxed gathering afterwards. The setting and service format are agreed in advance, with the day's sequence anchored to actual religious and venue requirements.
Your family's story
Choose a museum or heritage experience that speaks to your family, followed by an unhurried meal. This is also a useful day for grandparents' stories, a small personal surprise or private time. Adjust the programme if it falls on Shabbat or a holiday.
Desert perspective
Head towards Masada and the Dead Sea with an early, realistic start. Choose cable car access or a suitable walking option after reviewing conditions. Reserve time at a designated beach with facilities, then return without adding another major stop to an already full day.
A different pace on the coast
Transfer to Tel Aviv and settle into a more open afternoon. A short Jaffa walk or time along the waterfront can introduce the coast without exhausting everyone. Meet again for dinner, leaving space for the group to choose how much to do.
One last shared day
Build the final full day around your family's favourite theme: Jewish peoplehood at ANU, a food-focused experience or a coastal heritage outing. Keep the evening for a farewell meal and the small conversations that a tightly packed schedule tends to miss.
Leave well
Keep the last morning realistic for your flight schedule. Arrange departures around individual flight times, allow for packing and avoid committing to a final attraction before confirming the available window. Families staying longer can continue with a separately planned extension.
Before we put dates in the diary
- This is a sample sequence. Ceremony dates and Shabbat determine the final order; Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah formats are planned individually.
- Western Wall arrangements require direct confirmation and advance registration. Our wider production proposal should distinguish venue or foundation services from privately arranged services.
- Travel note reviewed November 1, 2026: routes remain subject to official travel advice, local access and weather. No departure or venue is confirmed by this sample.
